A wedding of perfect white flowers, doesn't it sound beautiful!
This weekend I have a wedding for a lovely bride who wants white flowers all round. I was amazed to see buckets of Peonies available this week - in perfect condition! The markets were still slim pickings for the season with very little variety available but I got everything I needed to make a beautiful set of flowers for this wedding.
I sourced imported Iceberg Roses and the lucky last bunch of white lisianthus for the season,just for me. Hydrangea wasnt around :( much to my disappointment - but ho hum hopefully I will get to use them in another wedding.
I ordered disbuds in white and was told that the supplier had to terminate his crops for the season - poor flowers! however thankfully another local grower had a perfect three bunches sitting and waiting for me ( or so I believe )
The fridge looks amazing filled with all those white, fresh and crisp flowers and I cant wait to see her face light up when she sees those peonies all open and feathery to look stunning on her wedding day.
I used Peonies last weekend with a wedding and although they looked great - the Peonies I gathered this week are outstanding in quality and have a really sweet fresh smell to them which I know will make the bride gush with excitement.

This will be one of the last weddings for the season :( winter in West Australia is mild but often wet so frequently that weddings are held in the cooler months just before winter hits. Therefore I will make the most of this wedding being the last of the season. I certainly hope to have a few during the winter as every season brings new flowers and I will miss making flowers every weekend :(

I'm glad you also do other special occaisions, as there are no wedding bellsin the near future. A friendis having a birthday soon and I'd love to make er feel special with your beautiful arrangements.
